The life of a movement needs organization. For Faith and Light the important thing is that the organization becomes a servant to the people, enhancing the Spirit. Faith and Light has an international Charter and Constitution that are followed by all communities. Faith and Light has a coordinator, a coordinating team, as well as a chaplain for each local community.
Next, a regional coordinator is the shepherd for several communities in a larger geographic area, assisted by the regional council. The national coordinator, along with the national council including a chaplain for the country, is responsible on the national level.
The zone coordinator, with the zone council, is responsible for several countries and reports to the International Council.
