Pat, aka Mom (9
children), Gramma (18 grandchildren) and Great Gramma (9 great
grandchildren) is a survivor in the truest sense of the word. Widowed at the age
of 39, defeating cancer in 1999, her personal courage and life's work is an
inspiration to the many who know and love her.
Pat is a
Liturgical Minister, Eucharistic Minister,
Ecumenical Spiritual Care Volunteer Chaplain & BeFriender
to the sick and dying.
Pat is the Spiritual Companioning Program
Coordinator and Program Director of The Front Range Senior Wellness Program for
SET of Colorado Springs,
an organization which provides holistic health services and basic medical care
to the low income and uninsured. SET provides a holistic model of
health services designed to keep older adults independent while ensuring quality
of life. Pat is also the editor of "SAW",
the SET Senior Wellness Program Front Range Newsletter.
